Chemiluminescence analysis, based on the emission during some chemical reactions, is a technique for the determination of trace species. Due to its rapidity analysis, high sensitivity, wide linear range, simplicity and relatively low cost, chemiluminescence analysis has received much attention over analytical chemistry. It has been widely used in chemistry, biological engineering, food, medicine, environmental chemistry and so on. With the development of chemiluminescence analysis in various fields, some new luminescence analysis methods' appearance such as luminescence imaging promote luminescence analysis' development and application greatly except the traditional analysis method and technology development rapidly. In recent years, Due to various advantageous properties of nanoparticle, which have been found to offer new opportunity for rapid and sensitive CL analysis method. This thesis includes a review and a research section. In the first part, we have reviewed the application of nanoparticle in luminous analysis. Moreover, the purpose of this research work is presented. The research section contains four subunits. In the research section, we investigated the effects of liquid nanoparticle on emission intensity in luminol-H2O2 CL system and developed simple, rapid and sensitive liquid nanoparticle CL analysis method. Developed flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) method for the determination of diethylstilbestrol and melatonin. The major contents in this thesis are described as follows:1. It was found that, compared with luminol-H2O2 system in an alkaline solution under the same conditions, the effects of clozapine on emission intensity in luminoH2O2 liquid nanoparticle CL system were more significant, by which, we developed a new liquid nanoparticle CL analysis method for the determination of trace clozapine for the first time. We investigated the effects of various factors including medium, surfactant, luminol, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide on chemiluminescence intensity. In the optimum conditions, CL intensities were proportional to concentrations of clozapine over the range of 5×10-101 ×10-7g/mL with a detection limit of 1×10-10g/mL (3σ). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.1%...
