The Research Of Mining Equipment Spare Parts Management System Based On Bar Code

Barcode technology is one of the most important work of mining enterprises withthe development trend of mine information. The current spare parts managementmethod, a number of steps is still using the traditional way of manual work, inefficientand error-prone. In order to better adapt to the fierce competition environment,improve the production efficiency, cost savings, mining enterprises urgently need tobe professional spare parts management tools. In this paper, on the basis of the furtherstudy of bar code technology, combining with the computer software technology, andaccording to the characteristics of mine enterprise production, analyzing the businessrequirements for the management of spare parts, proposing a mining equipment spareparts management based on barcode technology. The research mainly includesfollowing contents(1) The study of barcode technology and spare parts coding method. Due to thecomplexity of the management information system data acquisition process, thispaper puts forward the barcode technology and spare parts management systemintegration, the spare parts archives through the computer program are operated by thetwo-dimensional coding and managed easily. In addition, the spare parts file, queryloading and unloading operation, spare parts inventory are get through the hand-helddevices scanning the two-dimensional barcode, accordingly improve the workingefficiency of the spare parts management.(2) Research on the equipment spare parts procurement, inventory controlstrategy based on barcode technology. Spare parts by scanning the barcode, can trackthe spare parts quality, forecast the demand of spare parts, control the spare parts inventory reserves, to spare parts procurement, equipment maintenance, and providethe basis for enterprise production cost accounting, etc.(3) Mining equipment spare parts management system implementationtechnology research. Through in-depth study on NPOI, JQUERY, AJAX and othersoftware development technology, analysis the advantage of B/S development mode,combine Asp.Net technology to realize the system management, procurementmanagement, inventory management and intelligent management of the foursubsystems.This paper research on the Implementation of the mining equipment spare partsmanagement system based on barcode application in C company spare partsmanagement shows that the system can improve the working efficiency of the spareparts management effectively, achieve spare parts inventory control reasonably,reduce operating costs and realize profit maximization, create better economic andsocial benefit for mining enterprises.
