Generally, in such traditional course experiment as Mechanical Engineering Measurement, special instruments and program which have been designed are used.The development of Virtual Instrument Technology provides a new idea.Software system of Virtual Instrument offers a serial of instrument panel which could be called.The relation between different modules would be done by developer.By this way, measurement system could be made up rapidly. Rapidly recombination measurement & control platform is new Virtual Instrument system which has modular software, developers don't need to programme too complex code.Developers could not only use the program, but also build up virtual instruments and imitated measurement system.Based on the need of measurement for mechanical engineering objects, the develop environment of simulate digital prototype which has five degrees of freedom and software measurement & control platform was introduced, and mechnical structure of rapidly recombination measurement & control platform was introduced too. The hardware model based on PCI bus and the software model based on Visual Basic for the system was proposed. Precept of realizing the system was discussed based on the technology of Virtual Instrument, modular software design, Serial Port Communication, Data Base. The structure of software function parts which were discussed in the paper include Movement Control part of mechnical platform which has five degrees of freedom, Realtime Signal Acquisition and Disply part, Data Process part, Data Save and Report Print part. Practicability of the system has been test by some experiments.
