?-diketone, enaminone and enamino ester compounds have various reactivities and plentiful structural chemistry, so these compounds are important intermediates of orgnic synthesis and have their important applications in the fields of biology, catalysis and materials science, which have been receiving considerable attentions for long. For these, we initiated the studies on syntheses and properties of these compounds and their metal complexes, making a series of significant and creative developments.1. Four ?-diketones, twelve enaminones, five enamino esters and six enaminone metal complexes, twenty-seven compounds in all were synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analyses, 1HNMR, IR and UV spectroscopies as well as by the single crystal structures of eleven typical compounds determined by X-Ray diffraction methods.2. The preparation methods of ?-diketone were systematically studied and properly optimized, with a series of ?-diketone compounds synthesized. The stuctures of products have been determined by single crystal X-Ray diffraction of the typical compounds (C5H5FeC5H4COCH2COC5H4N),[1,3-C6H4(COCH2COC5H4FeC5H5)2],[1,3-C6H4(COCH2COC6H5)2]. The crystal structures shows that ?-diketones exist in the enol form.3. The reactions of ?-diketone and primary alkylamines, aliphatic diamines were systematically studied with a series of Z-s-Z enaminone compounds synthesized, the structures of products have been determined by single crystal X-Ray diffraction of the typical compounds [C5H5FeC5H4COCH=C(NHNHCOC5H4N)CH3],...
