Simulation Of Catalytic Reformiong Process And Steady State Simulation Of The Catalytic Reforming Reactors

This paper deals with the dynamic simulation of catalytic reforming system. In order to make an intensive study of the operational and actual characteristics of catalytic reforming reactor, the steady-state simulation of catalytic reforming reactor is also made.The catalytic reforming system mainly consists of fractionating tower, hydrogenation reactor, heat exchanger, pump and catalytic reforming reactor. After that, the mathematics models of these devices are established and the suitable solution way is selected depending on the devices. Dynamic simulation software finally formed is used to the real time simulation and practical process, which obtain the good effect.The simulation results of the software have approached the practical data, reflected the basic principles of catalytic reforming system and can be applied to the simulation of the technical process. As a whole installation of technology simulation, The whole simulation process is good to reflect the running conditions of equipment.
