The modern machinery industry boosts a fast step development of the HSM technology, but there are many problems existing in the motorized spindle, the nucleus of the machine.Enigeering practices indicated that can't achieve optimization of the system overall performance only by improving the motorized -spindle or the frequency changer, but needing improving both.The question for discussion comes from item (No.50475054) imbursed by the national natural science foundation of China. The aim of this paper is to enhance the dynamic characteristic of the motorized spindle system.The paper researches the method of designing the high speed inductive motorized spindle through the mechanical-electrical designing and the designing characteristic of the motorized spindle throuth the mechanical-electrical coupling kinetic,researches the experimental method of the harmonic on the motorized spindle system.This paper discusses the situations of harmonic in the time domain and the frequency domain, which is outputted by the voltage inverter based on the SPWM technology.The paper also analyzes the mechanisms of the stray losses harmonic and the harmonic ripple torque, and concludes that restricting harmonic is the main obstacle in designing the motorized spindle. The tradition method has many limitations such as ignoreing matching characteristic of the inverter, the stator outer diameter cannot be directly determined and the type of rotor's trench takes the starting characteristic into account. So here proposes a new method of designing the high speed inductive motorized spindle, which can suppress harmonic by increasing the leak reactance, and then realize to match up to the voltage inverter, directly determine the outer diameter size of the stator and other stator sizes by current load instead of current density, and then eliminate the influences of experiential parameter on determining groovy sizes. The stator and rotor trough designing can avoid the restraints of old method, and also raise the high trough area using rate and efficiency by a half seal trapezoidal trough or pyriform trough. According to the above improvements and some dynamic characteristic requests of system's width velocity modulation, it designs a new programming flow.A calculated example is done by the above method and the designing dynamic characteristic of motorized spindle is emulated in the mechanical-electrical coupling kinetics model of the extra-high speed...
