Studies On Technology Of Extracting Diosgenin By Complex Enzyme And Comprehensive Utilization Of Dioscorea Zingiberensis

Diosgenin is one of the most important materials in medicine and chemical fields. It is one kind of basic materials and mediums to synthesize hormone medicines. Diosgenin is mainly from dioscorea zingiberensis, and China is abundant in the resource of dioscorea zingiberensis, so it is very significant to extract diosgenin from dioscorea zingiberensis , but at present, a great deal of waste residue and waste liquid from the process of producing diosgenin has a badly effect on environment, so it is also very important to reduce the pollution and utilize dioscorea zingiberensis comprehensively.Based on the status quo of production and studies of dioscorea zingiberensis, in this paper, analytical method of diosgenin is founded, hydrolyzing dioscorea zingiberensis by complex enzyme is first studied, the best method and condition of getting diosgenin is also studied in this paper. And aimed at the problems during the production of diosgenin at the present time , such as the bad pollution serious lack of comprehensive utilization and so on, methods of reducing pollution and comprehensive utilization are researched in the paper. At last the paper not only established a simple convenient fast and way of getting high yield diosgenin, but also established a green way of comprehensive utilizing waste solution and waste residue, and then the comprehensive utilization of dioscorea zingiberensis was primarily realized, the pollution to the environment is reduced.
