The roots of Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright contains much diosgenin. It is the basic raw material of producing steroid hormone medicine. The steroid hormone is the second largest medicine in the world after antibiotic. The diosgenin can produce more than 400 kinds of medicine, which has the effects of anti-SARS, contraception, analgesia, anaesthesia, insect disinfestation and so on. It can also be commonly used in treating rheumatic arthritis, heart cerebrovascular disease and so on. However, the Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright diosgenin's production can produce much highly concentrated waste water, which is difficult to degrade. So, this point has a tremendous result to the Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright industry. This paper firstly focus on the research of Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright diosgenin productive technology, which solved the problems of high waste strength from the source, high ion concentration, the difficulty of degrading and other problems and enhanced the dioscorea rate at the same time; Secondly, it selects microorganism from the industrial waste of Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright and does some special effects degeneration research to its waste water. The main findings are as the following:1 .It made a contrast research on the present technology of Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright diosgenin. The clean technique for the production of diosgenin rate is similar to other crafts. But, the waste water of clean technique actually has a great reduction. Therefore, we have done some massive research on the clean technique production, discovering that the Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright crude fiber contains little diosgenin. In the size, supernate contains 1/3 of diosgenin; and in the precipitation fluid contains 2/3 of diosgenin.2. Selected two kinds of microorganisms from the productive waste of a Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright diosgenin Manufacturer, we have made 18s-RDNA to appraisal it, and to do the research on the influence of selected microorganism growth factor. We find that the most suitable growth temperatures for these two kinds of microorganism are 30℃, and they can grow under the environment of 15% salinity and the pH request scope of 2-9.3. The research of the chosen microorganism to conduct the Dioscorea Zingiberensis C. H. Wright waste water indicated that these two kinds of microorganisms have certain processing effects to its waste water. Besides, the Saccharomyces cerevisiae has an obvious processing effect to the waste water. After its water leakage undergoes good oxygen processor processing again, the waste water can basically achieve the national third-level waste water emission standard.
