Study Of Eco-environment Protection For Latter Of Emigration In The Reservoir Areas Of The Three Gorges

Reservoir Areas of the Three Gorges is refer to the wholly Three Gorges Areas which includes more than 20 countries ( cities ) from Yichang Country ,Hubei Province to Jiangjin Country , Chongqing. The east-west length is over 660 kilometers ,and the area is abut 5000 square kilometers and the population is over 16,000,000 .As a special area with important geographical situation ,all kinds of resources and splendid scenery ,the Reservoir Areas of the Three Gorges must have a large development in the future .With the smoothly construction , Reservoir Areas of the Three Gorges becomes the greatest artificial reservoir in the world .It brings great changes to this area in natural eco-environment and social economical situation .All these will have a influence on upper Longest River and vast middle-downer Longest River deeply. What's more, the Three Gorges Project has an important function on protecting the ecology safety of Longest River and maintaining the social sustainable development. Three Gorges Project is the most splendid outstanding things in mankind history on cultivating nature. It will last 17 years when the project is finished (from 1992 to 2009). During the project construction, the arrangement of over one million human-centered emigration is very vital and difficult. How to emigrate smoothly and easily is the key problem to China, even to all over the world .However, the eco-environment protection is also a super difficult task to China. In the project building, 13 cities (countries), 1559 factories and 315 towns drowned, Three Gorges Reservoir area become greatest artificial lake with an area of 1084 square kilometers.(which can resist 20-years drown) The eco-environment protection must be resolved immediately.In the beginning of this paper, standing on the sustainable development, the author discusses the theory of Chinese development nowadays. Secondly, with the fundamental of Environment Economics, analysis of the eco-environment situation today of the Three Gorges Reservoir Areas and human-centered emigration is put forward. Then, series of suggestion and countermeasures are set up. At last, the future view of this area is put forward.The construction of Three Gorges Project brings great political, economical and social interests to China. It will also impact on the eco-environment of Three Gorges Reservoir Areas and the wholly Longest River.
