The fast development of modern micro-electronic and computer technique brings about great change to traditional industrial production. The general application to new generation of high performance microcontrollers advances many process control technologies in traditional manufacture process to a new stage.In the original process of electroplating CBN honer with "Suspension-Burying" method, there are such problems: manual opration primarily, the preparation cycle long, the efficiency low, the cost high, affected by the anthropogenic factor in a big way, the quality of CBN coating guaranteed with difficulty, and so on. Therefore the thesis applies new generation of 16 byte microcontrollers-MSP430 that has high performance to the research and development on the automatic control system of electroplating CBN honer process. According to the original process requirement of electroplating CBN honer, through controlling rotational speed of the honer as well as its rotational corner during the course of electroplating and controlling up-and-down movement of the honer when the electroplating starts and finishes, we realize automatic control of the electroplating honer process; by controlling the tempeprature of the electroplated liquid we satisfy the requirement of maintaining constant temperature.
