Research On Downhole Solide Scale And Paraffin Control Technology

In this paper, aimed at severity actuality of oil well's scale and paraffin deposition in Chaoyanggou oilfield, downhole solide scale and paraffin control technology is be researched. Through plentiful inner experiment, scale and paraffin inhibitor was be selected, and be compounded , It is best of all project that compound paraffin inhibitor is 80% and SJ scale inhibitor is 20%, it's paraffin control efficiency is 64.19% and scale control efficiency is 98.4%. The technology use release inhibition characteristic of macromolecule material, combine medicament, and take experiment of medicament's temperature resistion, solution rate, effection of each other. Base on experimental data and practicality need, medicament was made to ring solide ,and be inner or outer type. The scale and paraffin inhibitor's density can remain 16 mg/1 in well liquid and it's resolve rate steadiness in water which under 100℃, paraffin control id 94% and scale control efficiency is 64% in average. Up to now, the technology has be proved that succeed percent is 95% and average cycle of pump-detected be prolong ed 120 days, ratio of income and expenses is 1:3.25. It will have better usage foreground.
