The technology of bio-membrance and active sludge is the most important method, which has become the principal aspect. In this experiment, we designed the series biological contact oxidation system, which was used to treat the bean wastewater and the wastewater of oil slick. This problem was demanded to improve the treatmenting efficiency and the tolerable shock load rang further. Finally, the equipment combination should be realized. First, the removal efficiency of COD, SS, TN by changing HRT, the removal of COD, SS, TN by series biological oxidation and the tolerance of load shock were studied. The results showed that the average COD removal rate, SS removal rate, TN removal rate, effluent COD concentration , COD concentration and COD loading were 90%, 84%, 68%, 70mg/L, 5.8CODkg/(m~3d) under the condition of air/wastewater ratio 9: 1, HRT 8h and the influent COD concentration of 700-1300mg/L. Secondly , in the experiment of treating oil wastewater, the process characteristics and the influence factors of comined anaerobic bio-film and series biological contact oxidation reactor were investigated for oil wastewater treatment with the influent COD average=2500mg/L, volumetric organic loading in anaerobic part 5-15 CODkg/(m~3·d), in aerobic part 1-5 CODkg/(m~3·d), total HRT the system=10-30h, the total removal rate of COD of the process was more than 90%. Tne thirdly, the sludge which discharged from series biological contact oxidation reactor was nitrified in the anaerobic part. It not only reduced the quantity of the sludge but also do away with nitrogen and phosphorus. In a word, series biological contact oxidation system could keep the treatmenting efficiency of wastewater, which fully realized the superiority on handling the wastewater with great concentration and oil wastewater.
