The Development Of Control System Of Code-spurting Machine Based On ARM7

The thesis mainly deals with the research and development of control system of code-spurting machine. The design of control system of code-spurting machine was developed based on the study of the current condition and tendency of code-spurting technology both at home and aboard. Moreover, the design theory and some key technologies were introduced in details. The main contents were as follows:In Chapter one, the current condition and tendency of code-spurting technology were introduced, and the related technology of code-spurting machine, the application of embedded system, the essentiality of the research and the main contents of the thesis were also pointed out.In Chapter two, the overhead construction of control system of code-spurting machine was introduced, and each function module was introduced concisely.In Chapter three, the design of drive and control module of high-speed solenoid valve was introduced. The driving characters of solenoid valve was introduced and analyzed, and the driving and controlling voltage was designed by the PWM method according to the driving characters of solenoid valve. Moreover, the requirement of timeliness of 16 lines solenoid valves was met through the design of software fixed time severs.In Chapter four, the design of the electric circuit of control system of code-spurting machine was introduce. The electric circuit of control system of code-spurting machine was compose of the main control board ARM , circuit board of interface and circuit board of drive module of high-speed solenoid valve. Then the design of three electric circuit boards was introduced.In Chapter five, the design of data processing module of code-spurting and man-machine interactive module was introduced. The gain of the lattice character data needed on the process of code-spurting and how to realize the spurting of letters which are not standard high were also outlined. The construction of man-machine interactive module of code-spurting machine was introduced, and the contact surface of application software of upper computer was explained.In Chapter six, the tolerance analysis of code-spurting was introduced.
