The Study Of Bridge Size Designing Of Flight Bar Forging Die

In persent, There are many kinds of the bridge size design methods of the forging die in domestic and abroad, but they are experimental and half- experimental. The former has no mathatical model, The later's mathatical model isn't perfect. It isn't perfect on specific die forgings, because the service life of forging die isn't higher. According to present situation, this thesis is based on theory of forging die and Vogtlander's design method, improves Vogtlander's design method, to design bridge of GuaBan die forgings, in order to improving service life of forging die.
