This paper has analyzed the influence of casting technology of K2 bogie side produced by the current furan resins sand on casting surface quality of the process conditions at first. The result shows that surface of the K2 bogie side sets produced by furan resins sand store macroscopical crackle and micro-crackle in, the macroscopical crackle is including two kinds of crackle of shrinkaging and tensile crackle; the main reason of casting surface crackle caused by furan resins sand is surface ooze sulfur, in order to dispel the casting surface crackle defect caused by oozing sulfur , the preventing sulfur dope should be developed.Secondly ,this paper utilize the method to compare experiment with to optimize the component of the preventing sulfur coating of planned to develop , point out that thixotropy and defy cold function of the fire-resistant Zircon sand coating are obviously better than quartz sand; and hang and dry and split are both not lower than quartz sand. in the influence of dope of thixotropy, bond strength, gas permeability, gas evolution on the binder, only send the phenolaldehyde resin of temperament and not so good as the bentonite;Modify clay add vegetable glue, bentonite and unsmooth soil excellent make the coating produce obvious touching and changing the sex, in order to modify clay add vegetable glue to be result most prominent; Powder liquid than influence coating thickness to cast coating, water many, coating do attitude to be thickness little, thus the normal atmospheric temperature is ventilative and the high temperature is ventilative the higher. The component of the preventing sulfur coating planned to develop is confirmed as: Zircon sand , phenolaldehyde resin, modify clay, vegetable glue , ink; In addition add a few dispersants, surfactants, subdue the pharmaceutical of bubble, thickening agent, permeate pharmaceutical.And then this paper has optimized the prescription of the preventing sulfur dope, provide the best prescription : 100% of zirconium sand powder, 0.2% of vegetable glue, 1% of modified clay, 1.6% of phenolaldehyde resin,26% of water, 0.1% of dispersant,0.03% of surfactant, 0.3% of thickening agent,0.3% of permeating pharmaceutical, 0.08% of subdueing pharmaceutical bubble,0.2% of preservatives,sulfur dope:FS-1 is 5%,FS-2 is 10%,FS-3 is 2%,among them preventing sulfur dope.Finally, the pilot application was carry out for the developed preventing sulfur dope, the result proved that the sulfur dope have some advantages as follows, low cost,easy operation,reliable performance and so on. The material is worth to apply in production practices.
