Based on some integration knowledges, such as Chinese traditional medicine, Westine medicine and Life Science, the health beverage with enhancing immunity and relieving fatigue was produced, which was made up of animal and plant active ingredients, vitamin and minerals, etc.The product's main recipe was picked out according as the Chinese traditional medicine's matching rule, which were Gen-seng, Astragalus root, Royal jelly, 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid and so on, being refered to relationships between efficient constituents and functions, efficient constituents'quantity and security, in addition with the functions, and so on. All these results were finded through the study of health beverage production technology. Firstly, the optimum conditions of saponin abstraction were: using 80%( v/v) aqueous ethanol as solvent at reflux condition , the ratio of liquid to solid as 1:12, the period of extracting as 30 minutes , the temperature as 60℃, the extracting power as 100W, and the extracting frequency as 19KHZ; The abstration was done two times in this conditions; Furthermore, The study results of effecting ultrasonic wave abstraction's quantity and energy changing indicated that three aspects. One, when the inherent frequency of ultrasonic's water in different rate was the most near to ultrasonic's, the extraction rate was the highest; Two, the character of ultrasonic intensity was symmetry formed as circles on the same level; Three, the distribution of ultrasonic power in vertical was not equalling; Secondly, the mother liquid was produced by warm-soluting,; Thirdly, the method of preparing beverage was that after high temperature sterilization of not-heat-variable...
