| The influences of blending process on morphology and the mechanical properties of PC/ABS blends were discussed in the paper at first. Accordingly, the best processing parameters of making PC/ABS blends was determined. Under the best processing parameters, the structure and mechanical properties of PC/ABS blends at different extenders were researched. In the experiment, SEBS grafted by MAH and PE grafted by MAH were used as extenders of PC/ABS alloy.Through comparing the mechanical properties of alloy after adding compatibilizer, we found that SEBS grafted by MAH can obviously reduce the interfacial tension of Polycarbonate and ABS. The reciprocity between two photographs was enhanced. Photographs size obviously reduced, miscibility of PC/ABS increased.The influence of interfacial compatibility on the structure and mechanical properties of PC/ABS blends with DSC and SEM.
