In this thesis, we studied NaClO and H2O2 bleaching pulp with microwave irradiation (MI), and the disposal Technology of bleached wastewater with MI. Including the study of NaClO bleaching , H2O2 bleaching, deeply deligninfication bleaching by H2O2, disposing bleached wastewater by microwave catalytic oxidation .The main conclusions are as the follows.Compared with bleaching pulp by water bath, bleaching pulp with MI have some advantages. Fist ,It can greatly reduce the bleaching time, Reaching the same brightness, MI needs some minutes while the water bath needs some hours, then, MI blanch can improve the work efficiency; the second, when reach the same brightness, the pulp viscosity did not more destroyed while irradiation by MI; the third, we discovered that the remnants chlorine or peroxide reduced much on MI blanch. The optimal conditions are as follows: using NaClO alone, when MI power 200W, MI time 2.5min, NaClO dosage 4.2%, NaOH dosage 1%, then the pulp brightness can reach above 61%ISO, then the pulp viscosity is about 630ml·g-1 and the pulp K value is about 4.20; Using H2O2 alone, when MI time 240W, MI time 2.5min, H2O2 dosage 5%, NaOH dosage 4.5%, then the pulp brightness can reach about 59%ISO, then the pulp viscosity is above 620 ml·g-1 and the pulp K value is about 3.9.In order to reach high pulp brightness, we studied the EPH bleaching. The NaOH dosage 3.5%, MI time lmin, MI power 200W, Then the pulp brightness can reach about 78%ISO.There are a lot of poisonous organic in bleached wastewater. The research using GAC as catalyst, when MI power 800W, MI time 8min, GAC dosage 1.0g, the removal of CODcr can reach above 95%. Also we studied the Kinetics on the treatment, the using life of GAC, and the mechanism of dealing with bleached wastewater by MI.The result of the research show: for pulp bleaching, MI is an excellent heating way. It did not work much on the pulp fiber, but it can greatly reduce the bleaching time, then it is propitious to improve the work efficiency. Disposal...
