The components of straw pulp papermaking wastewater is complex, high organic matter concentration, deep color, poor biodegradability, It is difficult to to decompose. Single treatment technology can not meet the paper making waste water discharge standards. Therefore, developing a new technology of effective treatment of straw pulp papermaking wastewater to meet 《Discharge standards of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry))(GB3544-2008) become the current hot topics, this subject is complishied based on straw pulp wastewater emission in certain paper mill in Jilin city, with coagulation-microwave Fenton method, which can provide the reference basis for straw pulp papermaking wastewater treatment. The main content of this paper include:The choice of flocculation, single factor influence and orthogonal experiment of coagulation pretreatment of straw pulp papermaking wastewater. Single factor influence and orthogonal experimental study on coagulation treatment of straw pulping wastewater by-Fenton; Single factor influence and orthogonal experimental study on coagulation-microwave Fenton and the study on Fenton reaction process and mechanism of microwave.According to the distingushing quality of straw pulp wastewater by nature, initially select five kinds of coagulant in wastewater treatment, comparing treatment effects, filter out PFS (PFS) as appropriate for the coagulant of wastewater;Through a single factor influence experimental, study is made on the effect of treatment of wheat straw pulping wastewater with the quantity of PFS dosing, PAM dosing, pH, mixing time, settling time and other factors; Through orthogonal test, the best reaction conditions in mixed coagulation is:at room temperature, first mix lmin with200r/min of mixing speed, then with a15min reaction with50r/min of mixing speed,PFS dosage for20mL/L, and PAM dosage for2mL/L, and pH for2.5, and precipitation time for30min, at this time, the removal rate of COD and the SS in the grass pulp paper wastewater respectively reached76.4%and86.4%above, chroma removal rate for78%.The straw pulping waste water of coagulation treatment can be used in a Fenton test directly; the Fenton best reaction condition is:H2O2dosing for13mL/L, FeSO4dosing for8raL/L, reaction initial pH for3, reaction time for60min, under these conditions, COD removal efficiency up to78.5%, color removal rate about61.5%.According to test results, microwave and Fenton has a synergistic effect; Through a single factor influence experimental, studies are made on inflences of the microwave power, radiation, H2O2dosing quantity, FeSO4dosing, initial pH and other factors to microwave Fenton oxidation tests, Through the orthogonal test, the Fenton best reaction condition is:O2dosing for4mL/L, n (H2O2):n (Fe2+) for7, reaction initial pH4, microwave power450W, reaction time for5min, in this condition, COD removal rates for an average over93%, color removal rate exceeding75%; The microwave irradiation Fenton and a single oxidation straw pulp wastewater process in two phases:phase lis secondary response, and phrase II first order reaction. The microwave irradiation Fenton and a single oxidation straw pulp wastewater process in two phases:phase lis secondary response, and phrase II first order reaction. It proved that non-thermal effects of microwave radiation, and the effect can reduce reaction activation energy. The larger microwave power is, the smaller the reaction activation energy. After the treatment of coagulation-microwave radiation Fenton, COD, SS, color in straw pulp wastewater has a better removal, and the effluent reached the papermaking wastewater discharge standards. Through further research and improvement, this methods can be promoted in practical engineering applications.
