Studlies On Preparation Progress Quality Standard And Preliminary Stability Of Jitongxiao Capsule

Jitongxiao Capsule is a popular clinical preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which consists of radix astragali,Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, Rhizoma Corydalis, Rhizoma Curcumae, ec. made in affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of TCM. With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy(TCMP), Jitongxiao capsule has been studied on preparation progress,quality standard and preliminary stability by the modern scientific method. Providing experimental support for the new medicine exploitation of Jitongxiao capsule.On the basis of the function and treatment as well as the characters of the component of the herbs, the optimum extract conditions about alcohol-extract were selected by using orthogonal design which use quite a few assessing norms to evaluate them comprehensively. Meanwhile, the extract of volatile oil and the combination of β-cyclodextin with it have been completed.The quality standard of Jitongxiao Capsule was studied in this paper. The Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, Rhizoma Corydalis, Rhizoma Curcumae in Jitongxiao Capsule were identified by TLC with the dots clear. The TLCS was used for the determination of the content of the astragaloside A in Jitongxiao Capsule. A good line relationship was noted at a range of 1.003 — 5. 015μg of astragalo- side A (r=0.997). The arevage recovery was 98.2% and RSD was 2.2%. The method is accurate and realizable. It Can be used efectively for the quality control of Jitongxiao Capsule.In addition,primary stability was tested in three lots of pilot study sampies during the period of three months,and all the items accorded with the certification.
