Research Of Coal Spontaneous Combustion Prediction Of The Gob Of A High Inclination-angle Coal Seam Named 1409 Working Face In HuaFeng Mine

Xinwen huanfeng coal mine seam is high inclination-angle coal seam,it is mined by fully machanized mining technology. Because the fully-machanized technology was used in this mine , the volume of production was improved. But the low efficiency of mining upper coal has caused "two lines""two laneways" become the hazard zone in gob.According to the specific character of 1409 fully mechanized gob.First, the experiment simulated coal spontaneous combustion by the XK-III experiment station of coal spontaneous combustion will be used to quantificational calculated characteristic parameters which reflect the degree of coal spontaneous combustion, such as oxygen consumption & heat conduction coefficient and coal burning period.The distribution chart of oxygen concentration & coal ply & air leak intensity by locale observation and academic calculation can be marked off. Second,the experiment of the release of the SF₆ will be used in 1409 fully mechanized gob. So the SF₆ can be used to find out the law of the airbreak.It will be helpful to know how the airbreak happen and where the gas can flow by.Then the method can be used to prevent the airbreak.At last., according the calculated ultimate parameter,the danger zero chart of coal spontaneous combustion in gob will be marked off and the limited velocity of working face will be calculated. The determinant and prognosticate result which are disposed with resemble simulation can be applied in other similar gob and guide preventing and putting out a fire.
