The part also has constituted electricity power supply logical for the sake of low energy's wastage and short melt time.(2) Strengthen the oxygen's supply:The element in molten steel will deliver heat when they bring chemical reaction with the oxygen. The oxygen will be blast into EAF after fifteen or twenty minutes. The heat from oxidation reaction can be converted into electricity energy so that achieve the effect of electricity-saving.(3) The technologies of scrap steel preheatingThe paper has researched the effect of scrap steel preheating in the last. The high temperature gas from EAF can be used in preheating scrap steel.In this way, can reduce the loss of heat in EAF gas and shorten the melt time.
