Research & Practice Of The Turbine Dish Tenon Tooth Broach

This thesis has introduced the characteristics of fir-tree moulding surface attachment method on the basis of analyzing the design feature and work environment of turbine disk and blade of gas-turbine jet engine. Then the design method, manufacture process and broach characteristic of the cutting tool for fir-tree tenon tooth of turbine disk, tenon tooth broach are studied. The processing technic method of tenon tooth grinds and the approach of improving tool's broaching performance are discussed.Based on the technical requirement of the tongue-and-groove moulding surface and the chemical constitutions and the mechanical properties of the turbine disk in designing of tenon tooth broach, some problems such as the materials and the structural styles of broach, the choices of broaching methods and distributing work of broach and the confirmation of the nominal dimensions and the tolerances of the broach tooth forms can be defined. And then the influences to part tongue-and-groove and distance between cutting teeth T when it exists offsets from the tooth to the center are analyzed.This thesis briefly introduces the design methods of the fir-tree tenon tooth accurate broach of turbine disk.In the manufacture of the tenon tooth broach, this thesis has briefly introduced the manufacture process methods and researched the molding grinding methods of broach, finishing methods of the grinding wheel and the computation of some parameters such as backlash angle and raise amount of cutter tooth when sharpening type.The machining method of grinding tenon tooth broach type and relief grinding the relief angle of tenon tooth broach type on numerical control surface grinding machine as this thesis has introduced is initiate in our country. Grinding tenon tooth broach type and relief grinding the relief angle are finished on high precision surface grinder in our company. It improves greatly the machining precision of tenon tooth broach and the machining quality of tenon tooth space of turbine disk on numerical control surface grinding machine.
