In recent years,the RV reducer has been applied to many fields due to its transmission advantages.However,due to the foreign technology blockade,the precision manufacturing technology of the RV reducer,the core component of industrial robots,has become a roadblock restricting the industrialization of industrial robots in China.This article relies on major science and technology projects in Henan Province and the National Natural Science Foundation of China to conduct research on RV reducer precision grinding manufacturing technology.The main research contents are as follows:1.According to the structural characteristics and design parameters of the pin tooth shell,the tooth surface equation of the pin tooth groove is established.Based on the position and motion relationship of the grinding wheel and the workpiece,the axial section coordinate equation of the shaped grinding wheel is established to solve the movement of the diamond wheel when dressing the grinding wheel.The trajectory uses the method of dual-axis linkage interpolation to realize the dressing of the shaped grinding gear wheel.2.Analyze the geometric relationship between the forming grinding wheel and the arc tooth groove of the pin gear shell,study the chip forming force and the sliding force,the calculation model of forming grinding force and forming grinding power along the tooth profile direction are established,and solve the experiment through the grinding experiment Constant and verify the calculation model.3.An analysis model of the temperature field of the formed grinding tooth surface is established to determine the distribution relationship of the heat flux density among the various subsystems.The APDL parameterized language is used to write a threedimensional surface heat source moving load command flow to simulate and analyze the tooth surface temperature field.Relevant optimization models is establish and use the GA toolbox to optimize the grinding process parameters.4.Conduct the precision experiment of the pin gear shell grinding on the pin gear shell compound forming grinding machine,and the related factors that affect the tooth surface deviation is analyzed.Based on the Gleason 650 GMS high-precision gear measurement center,each evaluation index that affects the machining accuracy is measured,and the machine tool parameters are reversed according to the test report to realize the high-precision grinding of the arc groove of the pin gear shell.
