Research On PLC And Position Controllers In Design Of Machine Electric Control System

With the development of modern engine industry ,more and more new requirement are being required to the machine , the machine has to be needed more flexibility to be adjusted .In the article ,on base of research on the PLC and it's motion control module ,the author design a motion control system to meet the need of adjusting flexibility ,reduce the invest of the new machine and the complex of the machine control system .reduce the difficulty and the cost ,has very expansive application foreground .First ,the author introduced the development of the PLC motion control systems of different manufactures. Depend on the object actual designed ,the author selected appropriate PLC and motion control module and human machine interface(HMI) .In the system combined by the PLC, GOT(HMI) and motion control module(FX-10GM),the control bit and word device are transmitted by the PLC application instruction FROM/TO between the PLC and motion control modular, in this way the system control messages are transmitted unobstructed in the control system.Depend on the control requirement of the machine, the author write the sequence control PLC program and self-diagnose alarm program, accomplish the action control of the fixture and periphery auxiliary system .In the same time, the alarm of control system can be diagnosed by itself and displayed the alarm message by the GOT display screen. In the PLC program, the control data is communicated and exchanged by the FROM/TO instruction between the PLC and motion control modular(FX-10GM).The author also wrote the NC main program and subtask sequence program. With the control parameter and word device transmitted between PLC and FX-10GM, the motion control module carry out the position and speed control of the servo system.
