Because of the superior performance, AC servo system has been widely applied.In the taper micro drill processing platform, the AC servo system is an important partwhich connects the controller to the mechanical parts, its control performance willdirectly affect the precision. So improve the control performance of AC servo systemhas very important significance and effect.The research object of the article is an industrial CNC machine tool which mainlycomposed of AC servo system, the CNC machine tool can control four axis motor toprocess the micro drill. In order to improve the control performance of the ac servosystem, this paper established the mathematical model of ac servo system, and using theid=0rotor field oriented vector control strategy. For mechanical parts of the system, thispaper according to its structure establish the mathematical model of the mechanicaltransmission parts, in order to improve PID closed loop AC servo system setting.In the fundament of mathematical model of the AC servo system, we wasestablished current loop, speed loop and position loop of three closed loop structuremodel, calculates the parameters of the three closed loop regulator, and according to thecalculated results simulate the AC servo system with the mathematical model of themechanical transmission parts.In order to further improve the machining precision of the CNC machine tool, webased on the optimization of CNC programming and machine tool error. By using theminimum deviation method to write two-dimensional interpolation program, and thenbased on two-dimensional interpolation program to design the three dimensionalinterpolation program to control three axis motor. By measure the reverse clearance ofthe machine, design the reverse clearance compensation mode according to actualsituation and the experiment.In this paper, the processing system’s overall structure design. In the hardwareaspect, this paper introduces the motion controller and its usage, and processingplatform of the whole wiring diagram is presented. On the software side, writing thecomplete process of the micro-drilling, and in the article shows the flow chart of thesoftware part of the function. Finally, we debug the processing platform hardware andsoftware. By a large number of observation and experiment test, the reliability of thedesign of AC servo system is proved, the control algorithm and the software program isfeasibility and accurate.
