Research On Economic Profit And Loss Of Coal Mine Safety

The self-survival space of mankind has been recognized along with the social progress and the uninterrupted development of science and technique. Therefore, research on mine safe has important significance.In this paper the developmental history and status of Chinese coal industry are introduced, and the general condition of coal mine safe production in whole world is reviewed. The absolutely death number of people and mortality of million tone in the main produce coal countries are trend to decrease in the world, but it is higher in China. The main accidents and defend measure in production of coal-mine are discussed( including the coal mine gas, the coal-dust burst, the mine fire, the mine water calamity and the attic accidents). The importance of the safe investment for coal mine and the insufficient safe investment cause of coal industry in China are analyzed. The cost contents of the safe investment for coal mine, the evaluate method of safe economy for coal mine, the special and analytic model of the safe investment benefit, the expense of safe cost for coal mine, and the calculating method of accidents cost for coal mine have been discussed. The evaluate methods of safe investment economy benefit for coal mine are classified. The Net Present Worth (NPW) method, the Annual method and the Internal Rate of Return(IRR)method of the economic benefit evaluation are introduced. The economic benefit for preventing gas accident and the water calamity of coal mine is analyzed by the NPW method and the IRR method. The results shown that the development and the utilization of the coal bed methane can eliminate or decrease the exploded accident of methane, save the energy sources, decrease the environment pollution, and there is more remarkable economic benefit. The purification treatment of mine water can eliminate or decrease the water calamity of mine, save the water resources, decrease the environment pollution, decrease cost of coal, and there is more notable economic benefit. The development and utilization of the coal bed methane and the mine water are the effective safe measure to change calamity to benefit.
