Research Of AECC About Livestock And Poultry In Chongqing And Pollution Prevention Countermeasures

At present, with the rising of standard of living of person, while the fast development of animal husbandry satisfies the increasing requirement of livestock and poultry production, the environmental contamination from livestock and poultry becomes more and more serious and it has been the environmental problem all over the world. So how to not only achieve the persistent development of animal husbandry in order to satisfy the requirement of people but also assort with environment, this is an imminence problem. ECC(environmental carrying capacity) as a concept about weighing consistence of environment and economy development has been put forward for a long time and the study of ECC all over the world mostly focuses on the fields about population ECC of area(drainage area); water resource(surface water, ground water)ECC, ground ECC; air ECC and jucketing ECC and so on. Howover the study of ECC about livestock and poultry is almost few. Based on the summing-up of the research on ECC, this paper elaborates on the theory of ECC, including its definition, basic characteristics, function and so on and analyzes the definition, effect factor and method of quantitative analysis of ECC of livestock and poultry.Based on the wholly analyses the pollutional actuality of livestock and poultry in Chongqing, the paper analyses the ECC of livestock and poultry in Chongqing with systems analysis method and forecasts the ECC with gray model. According to the characteristic that the ECC can be improved, the paper puts forward the contamination control of livestock and poultry and analyses the cases. The result of research shows that the value of ECC of livestock and poultry is under suitable condition. The forecast result show that the value of ECC first reach alert condition in 2007. This indicates that the degree of uncoherence coordination further enhances between the economy activity and environment. Howover, the result of case analysis shows that the economy activity of livestock and poultry can achieve the continuous development and the social benefit, economic benefit and environmental benefit can be obtained through adopting the rational breed aquatics mode and the measure of reuse the livestock and poultry rejectamenta.
