Study On The Carrying Capacity Of Livestock And Poultry Breeding Land In Jilin Province

Jilin Province is one of the main grain producing areas in China.It is also an important breeding area for characteristic livestock and poultry products such as beef cattle,mutton sheep,pigs and white geese.Agricultural production conditions are unique.Grain production occupies an important position in the country,and straw resources are rich,which provides sufficient feed guarantee for livestock and poultry breeding.The per capita land area is 0.00726 square kilometers.The per capita theoretical breeding space is relatively sufficient.The cold climate has become a natural barrier for diseases such as bacterial plague.The agricultural land is widely fertile,and the space for fecal pollution elimination is relatively sufficient.Jilin province plays an active role in undertaking the layout of the northward transfer of China’s livestock and poultry breeding industry.During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,Jilin Province plans to implement a number of major projects such as "planting and breeding cycle","straw to meat" and "ten million beef cattle project",trying to promote the growth of livestock and poultry breeding scale.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the basis of the research on the land carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin Province,the research status at home and abroad,the research purpose,the main research content,research methods and research technical route.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis,which mainly expounds the concepts of land carrying capacity,pig equivalent,fertilizer utilization of livestock and poultry manure and main food crops,and analyzes the mechanism of livestock and poultry breeding land carrying capacity.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation and problems of livestock and poultry breeding and land use in Jilin Province,respectively from the current situation of livestock and poultry breeding,the current situation of livestock and poultry breeding fecal pollution,the current situation of land fertilizer input,the current situation of land use,the current situation of crop straw production and breeding in Jilin Province,the problems of fecal pollution treatment and the problems of cultivated land use.The fourth chapter is to calculate the carrying capacity of livestock manure and poultry manure resources from the perspective of straw breeding.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the land carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin Province.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which draws the main conclusion of the full text.This paper draws four conclusions: first,Jilin Province has a certain scale and quantity of livestock and poultry breeding,the infrastructure of livestock and poultry breeding fecal sewage is relatively perfect,the level of fecal sewage resource utilization is high,the straw resources are rich,the breeding conditions are relatively good,and the development space is relatively sufficient.Second,there are the following problems in the development of animal husbandry in Jilin: the number of breeding is insufficient and the scale and quantity show a decreasing trend;The carrying capacity of fecal sewage treatment facilities is insufficient in the future,and it is difficult for retail livestock and poultry breeding fecal sewage collection and harmless treatment;The level of straw resource utilization in Jilin Province is not high.Third,based on the perspectives of straw feed and livestock and poultry manure pollution,taking the pig equivalent as the conversion basis,and according to the calculation method of the technical guide for the calculation of livestock and poultry manure land carrying capacity issued by the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas in 2018,the total amount of grain crop straw,feed demand,pig equivalent,crop nutrient demand,crop manure nutrient demand and total nitrogen production are calculated.The calculation results show that,The actual breeding scale in Jilin Province deviates from the theoretical value of pig equivalent from the two perspectives,among which the theoretical value of pig equivalent from the perspective of straw feed is the largest.It is necessary to improve the scale of pig equivalent breeding from this perspective,and do a good job in the construction of land carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding manure.Fourth,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions:stabilize the conversion of straw into feed,and deeply implement the straw to meat project;Increase the production of organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry manure and realize the fertilizer utilization of manure;Accelerate the outflow of commercial organic fertilizer and improve economic benefits;Increase policy investment and improve government assistance;We will promote large-scale centralized breeding and do a good job in epidemic prevention.
