As main source of pollution, a lot of sulfides are always produced during the combustion process of power station, which can pollute the environment greatly. Distribute control system has been widely applied in flue gas desulfurization system so that the running automation become higher. With the degree of automation increasing, the chances of manual work decrease. Although running workers know how to operate the equipment, they are lack of understanding the properties and discipline of DCS. Therefore, the reliability of the system will reduce, and operators are lost to dealing with sudden troubles. At the same time, with the all-round operator and competitive post introduced, operators' consciousness of studying and analyzing is also built up. Simulation is a useful way to help operators understand the dynamic and static properties of desulfurization system.The main objects of this dissertation are as follows:With dynamic mathematic models of flue gas desulfurization system for a 360MW fossil power unit are present in this paper.Based on the balance equations, the simulation models are built with the property character equations and the other mathematic equations.The simulator is built to simulate the main process of flue gas desulfurization, including the gas system, limestone system, absorb tower system, gesso preparation system, gesso let, and the communal system.The training simulator is based on a LAN, with the display and operation of DCS, with the simulator, the operators can be trained to operate the system. The result of working proved that this simulator is usable.
