With the improvement of people's lives, there are more requirements on the clothes, for example, more comfortable, multiples. The clothes are no longer only for keep warm, but also need to be comfortable and multifunctional. Multiporous & micro-filaments are applied to some high grade cloth, e.g. imitating silk, thin wool like fabric, and other fields. Because the denier per filament is so thin that there are prominent advantages in the fabric made by them, for example, it is thinner, lighter and softer, easier to breathe and better drape behaviour. The market of multiporous & micro-filaments will be bigger and more economic benefit will be got.This thesis was focused on the process characteristics of 176dtex/288f in direct-spinning production. First melt polymer temperatures were studied: we analyzed destruction theory and effect factors, and found the way to set the melt polymer temperatures; Then the spinneret were studied: the spinneret should be chosen according to jet stretch ratio and melt shear rate, and the manufacturing and cleaning should be considered as well; This paper also studied the quench air: for the dpf of this product is smaller and the relative surface area is bigger, the quench air process should be more tender to this product. The position of spinning finish nozzle, the texturing process etc, were also been mentioned in this thesis.
