With the development of society and economy, there are more requirements on the clothes in recent years, for example, more comfortable, multiples, high grade and relaxed. But the traditional chemical filaments are more and more difficult to meet people's demands for their shortages, such as the lower moisture absorption, difficult to breathe, handle uncomfortable, static easily and aurora easily, porous & fine denier PET filament are applied to some high grade cloth, e.g. imitating silk, thin wool like fabric, and other fields, because the denier of single filament is so thin that there are prominent advantages in the fabric made by it, for example, it is thinner, lighter and softer, easier to breathe and better drape behaviour. The market of porous & fine-filaments will be bigger and more economic benefit will be got.Indirect-spinning technology is the traditional method to produce porous & fine denier-filaments, which is difficult to meet the demands because of its small scale, high cost and unstable quality, etc.This thesis is focused on below aspects in direct-spinning production of porous & fine denier-filament. The purpose is to increase the scale and quality, so as to enhance the capability of competition.Firstly, after analyzing the current equipment and process, we optimized the process and reconstructed the equipment according to the spinning and extending requirements of fine yarn.Secondly,we tried all kinds of production conditions based on theoretic calculation and technics design, and studied the production, yarn irregularity,...
