Research Of The Production Technology Of Super-fine Polyester Filament (POY-DTY)

The research and development of super-fine fiber is the mainstream tendency in differential polyester filament. The normal process (POY-DTY) takes more advantage than others,and has enough economic profit.This article discussed the analysis and research in super-fine fiber's spinning technique, textured technique, the usage of the on-line tension monitoring system through two ways of spinning and melt-spinning. On the basis of the alteration of the machines, including delay-cooling system, quench system, the thread line of yarns in texture process and the false-twist system, the process parameters are optimized. With the result of the using of super-fine fiber in weave process, we analyzed the adaptation for fabric style deeply and gave the improving ways in order to improve the inner quality of super-fine fiber and enlarge the usage field.The research of the task provided the support of super-fine fiber's industrialization production in theory and practice for Yizheng chemical fiber Lt. co. ,while it contributed to the research and production of super-fine fiber for Sinopec's enterprise.
