The global climate, including China's, has been changing for hundreds of years, which is mainly featured as the warmer and warmer climate all of the world. In China, the most visible warmer-climate change happens to the North, Northwest and Northeast districts. The frequency and intensity of extreme weather and climate incidents (such as drought, rainstorm, hailstone, thunderbolt, storm, ELNINO, high temperature weathers, frost, and so on) has been increasing because of the warmer-climate change, which also has resulted in the more and more weather disasters. It is so important that governments and scientists all over the world care it so much. So does the Chinese government and Chinese scientists. Presently, study and forecast on the climate change has been a singularly important topic. Therefore, how to obtain the detailed historical climate data has been a critical issue.Now the most general way to obtain the detailed historical climate data is to analyze the old trees'growth rings, which is called dendrochronology. Through analyzing the annually variation of the old trees'growth rings, it is hoped to reconstruct past climate and conjecture the environment change. Dendrochronology has been widely used in the global climate change in the past few years.Based on the dendrochronology, this paper not only reconstructed the rainfall change in the past dozens of years around the Liupan mountain and Helan mountain, Ningxia Autonomous Region, but also analyzed the weather disasters (flood & drought) there with citing some former rainfall data.And it consturcted 3 kinds of tree ring's annual tables as well, which are relatively called TD,RES and ARS. They will make gread sense. And additionally,by contrasting the real precipitation and the reconsturctional one in the past 10 years of Helan Mountain, it shows that most of the real precipitation is quite consistent to the reconstructional one in June ,both up in the peak and down the vale,except some unusual years. As to Liupan Mountain, the result is similar to the former one on the whole.Finally,through having cited the rainfall data of the past 250 years,it analyzed the natural disasters,such as flood and drought in Ningxia region.
