Microcosmic surface roughness is one of the most basic technical parameters of surface characteristic.As far as impact on function of the parts is concerned, it is more complicated than other geometric parameters. In recent years, assessing of surface roughness is mainly based on outline transversal of coarse surface and two-dimentional, can't reflect the superficial whole characteristic of the part. Currently, in our country, the parameter outline apparatus used in product spot is mostly imported from foreign countries. They can reach request of automation,informationization, accuracy,etc.They are not only of huge volume but also expensive, not adapting to be used in processing, and small enterprises can not afford.
