Nanometer, as its researching field gradually extends, has become more and more important in the preparation and research of engineering material. The technic of dispersing nanometer material into the base material in order to improve the material capability has been the key technical difficulty in the field. The application of this technic is thought to possess a bright future in industries such as chemical, pharmacy, national defense, etc. One of the sticking points which determine the nanocomposite performance is the nanometer material's dispersing status within the base material, and this status is as well the main index to evaluate the liquid phase nanometer powder filling technic. Moreover, the current research of nanometer filling composite material is undergoing a changeover from qualitative analysis to quantitive description. Therefore, the study of quantitive description method of the dispersed phase's dispersing status in the nanometer filling composite material will surely play an important role in the nanocomposite preparation and research.The aim of this subject is to find out a mechanical method to equably disperse the nanometer powder into the liquid phase, to design an experimental system for demonstration, and to prepare for further theoretic research by establishing quantitive description way based on computer image analysis'appending effect, as well as distilling parameters which can accurately indicate the granularity, granularity distributing and dispersing uniformity of the nanometer material dispersed into the liquid phase.Eventually, the author found out a certain mechanical method to equably disperse the nanometer powder into the liquid phase. That is to use some gas of certain pressure as the driving medium to transit the nanometer powder into liquid phase, followed by a series of attempts. Solidification is the key process in the preparation of the epoxy nanocomposite. This essay has suggested a self-optimized rule fuzzy control arithmetic and a increment eliminating method which fits. A self-optimized rule fuzzy temperature control system was designed by digital temperature sensor chip"LM74", in order to improve the solidification effect. Two aspects were introduced to bring forward the evaluation method of nanometer powder filling effect based on nanocomposite TEM image. To be specific, they are dispersed phase granularity and granularity distributing evaluation as well as dispersed phase's space dispersing uniformity evaluation.Through quantitatively describe dispersed phase's granularity, granularity distributing and dispersing uniformity, we can perform quantitive evaluation on the nanometer appending effect and thus to analyze and depict its application feasibility in petroleum and chemical industries.
