The Research For Reliability Of Power Train Of Armoured Face Conveyor

Armored Face Conveyor is the only continuous conveying equipment in coal mining face and it bears hauling, pressing, bending, impact, friction and eroding action during service with bad working condition. The power train of armored face conveyor is repairable series-wound system. It consists of electrical motor, coupling, gearbox, sprocket assembly, chain assembly etc. The error of any part of power train will result in the failure of the whole system.Making coal mining armored face conveyor as study object, based the specific problem on site service, using theory and method of reliability, this article researched the reliability of the power train of armored face conveyor, and discussed the efficient method and technical method to improve its reliability. It provided foundation for our company's reliable design.
