As the mechanized mining an important component equipment, armored face conveyor (AFC), is closely related to its reliability and production yields and production safety of the entire mine.In this paper, a network reliability system of the scraper conveyor system platform for the purpose is established. It refers to achieve record scraper conveyor maintenance interval, and record the impact of different factors on the AFC and the hierarchy of the failure mode analysis. The use of UG-nastran, analog simulation of the key components under impact loading obtained parts S-N curve is fitting for deeper study of the simulation and field records to prepare. Fitting site record data, the curve of probability function is drawn, to arrive at predictive maintenance interval.It focuses on considering the statistical combination of mathematical and finite element fatigue analysis, control site maintenance records by the life expectancy factor of the weak links of the key components of the finite element fatigue analysis under impact loading. Site maintenance records the machine’s computer limit and software models only support to establish the components under simulated conditions. The sprocket component for the object of study, these two parts together is drawn predictive maintenance curve.Ultimately come it is to predictive maintenance34-48days cycle.This paper that has a certain value is to give scraper conveyor manufacturers some guidance, management and maintenance of enterprises on the use of the AFC equipment.
