There are lots of wasted keratin such as hoof, feather and hair in our country. However, nowadays abundant resources of discarded animal keratin are often discarded or piled up everywhere as garbage. Research of new technology using these abundant resources is not only the environment problems which are resolved instantly at present, but also important measures to exploit new resource, make use of existing resources in reason , realize resources cycle utilize, and establish economy society.The means in common use on preparation the composite amino acid with discarded animal keratin in industry is acid hydrolysis. Although the means has distinguishing feature of hydrolysis thoroughly and being easy to mass production ,it still has some problem such as length hydrolysis time ,large Energy consumption , high acid concentration, great alkali consumption, high cost and bad equipment corruption .etc. For these problems, the research adopted combined means of physics(Microwave ,Ultra sound ,High pressure )and Chemistry (acid),biology (enzyme ) and chemistry(acid) to improve the tradition acid hydrolysis technology and obtain the new technology of preparation compound amino-acid with discarded animal keratin which could shorten hydrolysis time ,reduce energy consumption and acid concentration ,decrease alkali consumption and reduce the cost of production .The natural organic trace-element fertilizer chelated with compound amino-acid was prepared and its biological effect was studied in field experiment. Results were as follows:1. Study on preparation the composite amino acid with discarded animal keratin under the Ultrasonic-hydrolyzing. The results indicated that Ultrasonic-hydrolyzing process can shorten the hydrolyzing time by 5 h, decrease the amount of sulfuric acid by 1/2 and alkali consumption 49.59%, reduce energy consumption about 35% compared with routine acid hydrolysis. To optimize the process, orthogonal tests were designed and optimum conditions were found .The optimum conditions were 70min of Ultrasonic time, 2 mol/L of H2SO4 concentration, 6 h of hydrolysis time, and 1:4 of Material/Liquid.2. Study on preparation the composite amino acid with discarded animal keratin under the Microwave-hydrolyzing. The results indicated that Microwave -hydrolyzing process can shorten the hydrolyzing time by 8 h, decrease the amount of sulfuric acid by 1/2 and alkali consumption 49.37%,...
