This paper studies the straw power plant ash(slag)of potassium,calcium release processat in low concentration,low molecular weight organic acids,including malic acid potassium treatment of fly ash,the cumulative release amount relative to the largest,but the gap between treatment effect of five kinds of organic acid is;Oxalic acid treatment of potassium in the slag cumulative release a quantity to relative maximum;Both fly ash and slag,the processing of calcium acetate cumulative release a quantity to all relative is the largest.Use three dynamics equation fitting of five kinds of organic acid treatment straw power plant ash,potassium,calcium release curve,compared to the Elovich equation,the double constant equation and exponential equation of straw power plant ash and the determination of potassium,calcium release process in fitting coefficient of basic keep in 0.95 above,can be reached extremely significant level,the fitting effect is good.By mechanochemical method,adding additives in straw power plant ash(slag),the results show that the two kinds of additives of straw power plant ash(slag)and the pH of the calcium and potassium,dissolution rate effect is obvious,product pH value between 5.70~7.62,water soluble potassium,calcium dissolution rate up to 60.43%and 12.81%,slag nutrient stripping effect is slightly better than that of fly ash,but the gap is not big,assistant 2 effect is better than that of assistant 1;In general,when the ball material ratio is now ball mill,ball mill,the reaction time of 1 h,the speed of 400r/min,fertilizer 2 and straw power plant ash(slag)quality than 1:30 is the best ratio of material.Fly ash is mixed with slag according to the mass ratio of 1:1,add fertilizer 2(fertilizer 2 and ash quality than 1:30),respectively,and potassium dihydrogen phosphate,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and compound fertilizer mixed ball mill,three ingredients processing,product pH change much;Potassium dihydrogen phosphate,ash,compound fertilizer,ash series product of water-soluble potassium dissolution rate were over 62%,citric acid soluble potassium dissolution rate at about95%,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate-ash series products of the dissolution rate of potassium in relatively low;Potassium dihydrogen phosphate-ash series product of water-soluble and citric acid soluble phosphorus dissolving effect is good,when the potassium dihydrogen phosphate and ash mass ratio of 1:5,water soluble phosphorus dissolution rate is as high as 40.99%,citric acid soluble phosphorus dissolution rate ashigh as 55.03%.According to a farm in bengbu,anhui province soil physical and chemical testing analysis results and the performance of the straw power plant ash(slag)nutrient stripping effect,straw power plant ash(slag)in chilli applied on the test,the results show that the reduced by 20%,applying NPK content of straw power plant ash(slag)were reduced 10%,the amount and increment of 10% potassium,hot pepper production and output all have different degrees of ascension,and the lowest increase rate of 6.80%,to achieve "fertilizer nitrogen and phosphorus minus 20%,grain output increased an average of 3%" of the chemical fertilizer reduction efficiency goals.
