Study On Reinforcing Of Crashed Coal And Ponding Of Cracked Rock In Injecting Resin

This paper studies the serum injection for reinforcing the crashed seam and ponding the cracked rocks, associated the industrial experiments of the serum injection for reinforcing the crashed in full mechanized caving stope and ponding the cracked rocks. By analyzing the distributing of crannies in crashed seam and cracked rocks, and the mechanism of reinforcing crashed seam and ponding cracked rocks with resin, this paper divides the seams into excessive cranny-hole concrete seam and equivalent continuous crashed seam according the crashed degree of seams, and divides the cracked rocks into single cranny rocks, a set of parallel crannies rocks and multivariable intersected crannies rocks according to the distributing and mechanics traits of crannies in rocks. The paper constitutes the corresponding models of physics and mathematics to research the diffusion radius. So blindness is reduced in injection projects.The concrete medium model is that the coal is divided into small concrete coal by multivariable intersected crannies. The equivalent continuous medium model is that the resin fluid in cranny network is equaled to all the medium volume, and the cranny seam is considered as isotrope and continuous medium so solved by hydromechanics. This paper estimated the mathematical model and studies the diffusion law of chemical resin in crashed seams and injecting parameters using the theories of conservation of mass, cube law, and so on. The paper also analyzing the foul phenomenon of resin serum injection for reinforcing the terribly crashed seam with the multiplex mediums' suspensoid movement equation, suspensoid depositing dynamic equation and suspending liquid seepage equation.
