The fluorine rubber is one kind of synthesis elastomer of which there are fluorine atoms on the main chain or the side chain. Consider of the shielding effect and the very high bond energy of the carbon-fluorine bond (C-F), the fluorine rubber shows highly chemical inertia, which causes the chemical interactions between the fluorine rubber and most of fillers very weak, and make it difficult to find a coupling agent to modify the fillers. That is the reason of the poor bonding strength between the fluorine rubber and the universal used fillers. Although the fluorine rubber has the outstanding heat resistance and solvent resistance property, it also have some problems such as sticking the mold, the bad fluidity in processing. Therefore, it is very important to study the influence of fillers which have different shape and nature on the property of fluorine rubber.The thesis studied the influence of fillers system on properties of fluorine rubber; characterized the dispersion of the fillers', the processing abilities, vulcanizingproperties , dynamic mechanics performance and the dynamic damping characters at the different frequency. The results showed that the ZnO whisker improved the processing abilities; the nano-calcium carbonate could improved the mechanical property; the small size particles of the glass beads had better comprehensive properties; and the MT carbon black is necessary to compound with other carbon black to achieve acceptable properties.
