Accumulating luminous fiber made use of rare earths as the luminary. It was produced in the way of melting and matrix spinning. Its basic material was polyester, and we appended lanthanum aluminates atom and assist acidifier of nanometer. If this fiber absorbed any visible light only for 10 minutes, it could store up light energy in the fiber, and shine for more than 10 hours in the dark. Moreover, it could be used infinitely. In addition, compared to other luminous material, it was innocuous and of no radioactivity, it was safe for people's health. As a very important component, lanthanum aluminates'function was storing light and shining. This fiber could be widely used in aviation and navigation, defense industry, construction project and decoration, transportation, nighttime working, everyday life and entertainment costume, etc. When dyeing, dyestuff molecules enveloped irradiance motes in a measure from the exterior, and the luminance reduces. According to this point, we dyed accumulating luminous fiber at high heat and high pressure, using the different density of three primary color dyestuff alone and the dyestuff mixed with three primary color dyestuff, and after dying and drying, we measured the shining performance of dyed accumulating luminous fiber. Depending on these experiments, we found three factors that affect the shine impression. a) The dyestuff in different density. b) The dyestuff in different type. c) K/S value of dyed fiber. Towards the same dyestuff, the brightness of dyed fiber would shrink according to the increment density of dyestuff. The lightness of the luminous fiber, under the condition of the same dying rate, was according to the rule we discussed. And the rules we got would be helpful to the industry application.
