The research of coordination polymers and supramolecular not only connects inorganic and organic chemistry but also involves basic theory and applications. In recent years, this area has become the advanced study of Inorganic chemistry, crystal chemistry and material chemistry in the internation, Which are vital varieties of material science, are fertile field and have attractive applied values. The aim of this thesis is to create a new series of inorganic-organic hybrid coordination polymer based on metal ions and appropriate organic ligands as linkers. Rational synthetic strategies and methods are discussed. In this paper. Research efforts are mainly focuses on two new chosen systems: {3d/Ln/Lo} (3d=transition metal elements, Ln=N donor ligands , Lo=O donor ligands) and {4f/ Lo} (4f=rare earth element. Lo=O donor ligands) and expected to obtain novel compounds with remarkable structural features. Five new coordination polymer was synthesized in hydrothermally and room temperature. and structurally characterized by elemental analysis. IR, EPR, TG, single crystal X-ray diffraction.1. An inorganic-organic hybrid copper halide compound was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by the introduction of isonicotinate acid ligands. The compound shows 3-D structure and presents the first example of a 3-D copper halide compound o2. A novel mixed valently copper halide compound [Cu (II)3CU (I )4 (NA)6Br4]n (NA= pyridine-3-carboxylic acid ) was hydrothermally synthesized by the introduction of pyridine-3-carboxylic acid. Complex is a two-dimensional layer structure composed by trinuclear Cu(II) unit and tetranuclear Cu(I) unit connected by NA ligands.A remarkable feature in complex 1 is neutral species Cu3(NA)6 act as organic ligands to connect the Cu4Br4 unit together and form a two-dimensional layer structure. This is an unprecedented coordination polymer supported by multinuclear metal ions supported Cu(I) halide complexes are seldom reported.3. A novel compound was synthesized by transition metal Cadmium salt and chelated 1,10-Phenanthroline ligand which possessing the N atom with strong coordinated ability. It presents the first example of a 3-D inorganic-organic hybrid supramolecular cadmium halide compound.4. Hydrothermal synthesis and crystal structure of a new bimetallic molybdenum oxide hybrid complex [Cd(phen)2MoO4]·H2OA new one-dimensional molybdenum oxide compound with Cd(o-phen) subunit: [Cd(phen)2MoO4]·H2O (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized . The compound exhibits a...
