Research On The Construction And Evaluation Of The Quality Management System Of J Daily Ceramics Enterprises

In the daily ceramic industry,the continuous rise of raw materials,natural gas and other costs,coupled with the implementation of some national environmental protection measures,has led to the increase in overall production cost of ceramic enterprises.Some local governments do not plan reasonably and invest a lot of money in the expansion of ceramic enterprises,which leads to the explosion of product production.Especially in 2020,the weak of the whole consumer market has caused the low price sales,and unable to bring more profits to the enterprise.In order to make the enterprise survive and develop,it is necessary to change the original production mode,continuously improve the product quality,reduce the cost of raw materials and manpower,and change the production mode of homogeneous products to the production of higher-quality products.This paper selects the representative J daily ceramic enterprise in Huairen City to analyzes the existing quality management mode of the enterprise,find out the methods that can be improved,and construct the quality management system which is in line with J daily ceramic enterprise according to the theories of existing scholars and the enterprise’s own documents.The system mainly starts from five aspects: system documentation management,process control,resource management,finance and efficiency.Over a period of implementing the quality management system in the enterprise,the next work is the evaluation of the system,and the quantitative processing of the indicators,by using yaahp software for analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index,inviting experts to score each index,using fuzzy analysis method to get the evaluation results of the system,analyzing the evaluation results.The final score is "Excellent".However,from a detailed analysis of the evaluation results of various indicators,it can be found that in the future,the company may improve the quality of cultural construction,formulate relevant standard documents,improve the employee promotion mechanism,and provide some benefits for employees in the company;Quality management implements prevention beforehand;strengthens employees’ quality awareness;enhances the ability to deal with after-sales complaints,continuously develops brand awareness in the market and enhances added value.In order to provide a development plan that can be used for reference for the future development of the enterprise.
