Design And Implementation Of Whole Process Quality Control System In Tangshan Iron And Steel Company

In the market environment with severe overcapacity of steel,in order to adapt to the needs of market competition,enterprises need to change from traditional inventory oriented production to customer-oriented production,and need to conduct comprehensive quality management of products from design,manufacturing to feedback.In product design,there are national standards,internal control standards,special quality requirements of customers and other raw data.In actual production,there are process and result data.It is an effective method to solve problems to mine the quality information in these data and analyze,process and use it through computer technology.System adopts B/S structure,ORACLE,PI,SQL SERVER database and VS.NET development platform.It's main functions include eight modules of the three subsystems of quality design,production quality control,self-service and quality traceability.Firstly,we build the product and metallurgical specification standard library and reading the rule base data and sending the result to the automatic control system as the set value.Secondly,the actual quality data is collected through PI-API and PI-SDK components in the production process.The actual value and set value are compared and processed through rules and algorithms for quality warning and monitoring and real-time adjustment.Finally,the data of product quality final judgment and customer order quality requirements are verified and stored in the SQL SERVER database to support product quality traceability and customer quality certificate self-service.Through the design and management of product quality rules in advance,dynamic adjustment and optimization of process parameters in the event,and retrospective management of quality analysis after the event,the system realizes the whole process quality control of the output of sales orders based on user requirements for the entire product life cycle,and meets the needs of customers and market competition.The realization of the system improves product quality stability and brand reputation,improves user satisfaction,and has strong market and social benefits.Figure 27;Table 6;Reference 47.
