The content of the heavy metals is an important physical and chemic guide line, the contents of the copper and zinc are increased greatly in the circumstance of growing, storing and processing of potherb, while lead is a kind of heavy metal we must severely control, so the detection of these three sorts of heavy metals is necessary. At present, most of the detective methods are single detection and high charge, detecting time is long, and most of them are statistical methods, which depend on sample's emendation concourse, so the effect is bad for the data with yawp or bad rule. This study is combined Wavelet and Genetic Algorithm with spectrophotometry. Copper, zinc and lead in flexible packaged potherb are detected synchronously, and a set of simultaneous detective system is exploited which fit for the flexible packaged potherb. The experimentations show the method is quick, accurate and good recurrence, the recovery rate is between 99.4% and 101%. And it excels other methods clearly. The study offers credible academic basis on ensuring people's food safety and guiding people's reasonable taking potherb. It can exploit potherb sources further for people, too.The main researching work and the conclusions are as follows:â‘ The course of growth, storing and processing of potherb is analyzed, we summarize the kinds and source of potherb, as well as the effect on the people's health.
