With the fast development of economy, in "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, to meet the needs of cement product structure, a large amount of production lines of new cement produced with the dry method have constructed. But among production lines, grinding link remain a most high consumptive one in cement production process, account for more than 65% in total electricity consumption, in which electricity consumption of cement grinding is up to nearly 2/3 among them. So, improving the cement grinding efficiency and reducing the unit electricity are outstanding problems which has been paid close attention by the cement manufacturing enterprises all the time.In the past 10 years, with the further research of the craft system of cement grinding and constant improvement of equipment, cement grinding system with roller press get much favour from owners and the designing unit for its high efficiency, low unit electricity consumption, prominent energy-conserving effect. At present, cement grinding system with roller press, especially combination grinding system have become one of cement grinding preferred schemes in large-scale cement production line.This paper reviews the grinding technology and its development, introduces the structure and working principle of roller press, focuses on the development and classification of grinding process, analyses of the advantages and disadvantages of all different process, and tells how to choose the grinding process. On the basis of the relevant documents and information , this paper make a further exploration and study to the allocation of grinding system with roller press from two aspects. On equipments of system, this paper, making use of the finite element analysis function of CATIA V5, make Optimization analysis of the key components of the core equipments in the system, such as the side platen and the roller axis, and bring optimization Solutions. On the whole system, combined predecessors grinding theoretical research results with practical production data, this paper creats an energy consumption model of squeeze combined grinding system, and makes the simulation analysis using MATLAB and other mathematical tools and get the optimization conclusions, and wishes to provide some reference and help to the related design staff。...
