With the development of control systems and computer technology, the Distributed Control System is widely applied in the operation of industrial control. At present, many small and medium-sized enterprises have not yet in production systems automation in china. It is very expensive to import automated production systems. Therefore, the development of a low-cost process control, which is applied in the DCS system, is of great significanceThrough analyse grinding system process, summarize the grinding control system requirment. Using the centure management and disturbe control as the principle, set the whole control system as three-tier structure, which are operation control layer, process control layer and local equipments layer.In the system structure design, devide the operation layer into OS and ES. Use the MCGS configuration software to complete man-machine interface. Select the Siemens S7-300 programmable logic controller and I/O interface hardware module as the control of the middle class. Based on the industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS Fieldbus network, set the communication system as two structure layer .Base on analysis the R-P working principle, through set the R-P dynamic mathematical model, get the conclusion that how the factor effect the R-P effection, such as dimension, gap, pressure. According to the R-P process requirement, design the control program and the pressure & gap modification model. Use the PID principle to adjust the pressure & gap of R-P.In the simulation system, focus on the mixer process requirement to design the human-manchine interface and PLC programmer. Then connect the computer and PLC programmer and test the simulation system.The simulation results meet the designed technological requirements, which is start equipments with reverse flow down and stop the equipments with flow down, and adjust the feeding-belt convery speed to stabilize the material level of demand according to the mixer material level.
