Presently, water pollution is one of the urgent problems to settle, which has threatened all the countries in the world. Many artificial synthesized organic pollutants which are difficult to treat with by traditional processing method especially the biological treatment method dissolve into the waters.This article researched a new electro-chemical treatment method to treat with the organic matters which are difficult to degrade. We adopted the home-made integral reaction unit of alternating pulse electrolysis - ozone coordination processing which adopted alternating pulse power pack of low voltage and low frequency, thus thoroughly overcomes the problem of polarization and inactivation of soluble electrode. The experiment showed that alternating pulse electrolysis and ozone oxidation had the high coordination effect, which further enhanced the electrolysis efficiency.This thesis used aniline which is thought as the typical toxic organic matter as the experimental object, thus exploring a new method of highly effective degeneration or elimination to this kind of organic matter. Through the experiment of aniline degeneration, we obtained the best craft condition of alternating pulse electrolysis- ozone coordination processing. When the pH value is 10, the maximal pulse electric current is 13.89A/dm~2, the alternating pulse cycle is 1min, the flux of ozone is 450mg/min, the reaction time is 30min, 1250ml waste water whose density is 100mg/L was treated with, the degeneration rate of aniline may reach 92.04%. When the reaction time is 30min, the degeneration rate of sole alternating pulse electrolysis and sole ozone oxidation are 31.99% and 37.04% respectively. Under the same process time, the degeneration rate of alternating pulse electrolysis - ozone coordination processing enhances 60.05% and 55% respectively to the sole alternating pulse electrolysis and the ozone oxidation, the degeneration rate of alternating pulse electrolysis - ozone coordination enhances 23.01% to the sum of the sole alternating pulse electrolysis and the ozone oxidation.Keeping the same condition, we further explored the hydrogen peroxide to the influence of pulse electrolysis - ozone integration reactor.
